CLIENT REQUIREMENTS 

● If your appointment requires flight transportation, you must notify your artist prior to booking 

● If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, you must reschedule your appointment 

● A mask is required for entry and must be worn at all times (no exceptions) 

○ I will provide KN95 masks at the studio if you do not have your own

● No additional people may accompany you to your appointment without prior approval

● Hand sanitizer is provided around the studio, and should be used upon entry

● Please minimize how much stuff you bring inside!

○ Pre-packaged snacks and water bottles are allowed, water bottles/snack bars are also available at the shop

● You must wait at the entrance to the shop until an artist comes to get you and brings you back to the room or waiting area

● You must complete a digital waiver from your own device (see link above)

● In the event that you suspect or are confirmed to have been exposed to COVID-19, you must contact your artist immediately to reschedule

○ If you are sick but test negative for Covid, please still reschedule! We don’t want to catch any illness you may have, and you should NOT get tattooed when your immune system is already weakened by being sick!
